This Privacy Policy explains how Mad Kiwi ("Mad Kiwi", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you play our mobile games, use related services, or visit madkiwi.app (together, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Information We Collect

Automatically collected

• Device identifiers (advertising ID / IDFA, GAID, IDFV) and device specifications (OS, model, language, timezone)
• Gameplay and usage data (sessions, progression, in-game events, feature usage)
• Approximate location, derived from IP address (country / region level only — we do not collect precise GPS location)
• Crash and performance diagnostics
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, rewarded-ad completions)
• Install and attribution data (which campaign or channel led to your install)

• Information you include when you contact support@madkiwi.app or privacy@madkiwi.app (e.g. your email address and message content)

We do not require account registration to play our games, and we do not knowingly collect your name, physical address, or payment card details — purchases are handled entirely by Apple or Google (see Section 4 of our Terms of Service).

2. Third-Party Services & SDKs

We integrate the following third-party SDKs into our games. Each operates under its own privacy policy and may independently collect the data noted below:

Not every service listed above is present in every game or every version — the table covers the services used across our games. As we add or remove partners, we will update this table. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Before we release a version of a game that adds any service from the table above, we will update this section.

3. How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain, and improve our games
• To understand how players engage with our games (analytics)
• To show, measure, and personalize in-game advertising
• To diagnose and fix crashes and technical issues
• To determine which marketing channel led to an install (attribution)
• To respond to your support requests
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, cheating, or abuse

4. Advertising & Your Choices

Our games are free to play and supported by in-game advertising. Some ads are personalized based on advertising identifiers collected by our ad partners.

• iOS: You will be asked for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. You may allow or deny tracking at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Android: You can reset or opt out of your advertising ID (Settings → Privacy → Ads).
• Rewarded ads are always optional — you choose whether to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward.

Opting out of tracking does not stop ads from showing, but it limits how they are personalized.

5. Data Retention

We retain the data described above only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes — after which it is deleted or anonymized. Support correspondence is retained for a reasonable period to handle follow-up questions.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us at privacy@madkiwi.app and we will delete it.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR in the EEA/UK, and similar laws elsewhere), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@madkiwi.app. We aim to respond within 30 days.

8. International Data Transfers

Our third-party service providers (Section 2) may process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where required, these providers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Security

We rely on reputable third-party infrastructure that applies industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
